  • You have the legal right to rent or search for rental property.

  • You are at least 18 years old.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that are incomplete, misleading, or violate these terms.

RS Housing Company provides:

  • Optional full-service support for landlords

We do not:

  • Guarantee tenancy or occupancy

  • Take responsibility for contract fulfillment, rent payments, or tenant behavior

  • Conduct background or credit checks unless explicitly agreed
